Massoud Eftekhar, PE.
President, CEO
Mr. Eftekhar has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and plumbing for military, government, commercial, industrial, education, medical, and new construction, renovation, and remodeling. His 29 years of experience in design of energy saving measures and HVAC systems; troubleshooting; and dedicated client service brings new clients to Sigma and ensures repeat business from former clients.

Reginald D. Adams, PE.
Vice President, CFO
Mr. Adams has 20 years experience in the Electrical Engineering field, marketing, and project management. Mr. Adams has extensive management experience including the management of multiple induviduals and project reams. He has managed projects with a construction value of $100,000 up to $50,000,000. These projects were often "fast track" type efforts with project teams ranging from architects to civil engineers to building system engineers. His project management experience includes all phases from programming to project close out.

Paul J. Romiti, PE.
Secretary, COO
Mr. Romiti's 15 years of experience includes providing a broad range of services form HVAC design, to building automation controls programming, to network setup and maintanance. His unique background enables him to design systems from an end-user perspective and his computer strengths compliment every aspect of his design process.
