Sigma Engineered Solutions, PC has provided consulting services for educational buildings at University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, NC State University, Oklahoma State University and Clemson University. Work included research laboratories, classroom buildings, and athletic facilities.
Institutional Buildings
Sigma Engineered Solutions, PC provided shell and core design, as well as tenant upfit for multiple Class A office buildings in the Raleigh/Durham area. Examples of such buildings include Diamondview II, a 5-story building adjacent to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park; fitup for Suntrust Bank at Diamondview I; and 2700 Gateway Centre in Morrisville, NC.
Studies, Reports and Due Diligence
Sigma ES is providing due diligence reports for buildings in Albuquerque, NM; Philadelphia, PA; Detroit, MI; and Portland, OR for a national real estate investment company. Sigma has also provided feasibility studies for AC upgrade at UNC-CH's Fetzer Gym, County of Wake Firefighters Training Facility, and the Dental School Office Building at UNC-CH. Sigma has also provided a feasibility study for installation of solar panels to heat Kessing Pool, an outdoor pool facility at UNC-CH.
