60,000 ft2 renovation of offices for the Information Services group that serves the University.

Total renovation of 5-story building infrastructure including new HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Telecommunications, and fire protection systems design. Building was brought up to current codes. The project also required ADA renovations and space planning to meet the new program needs. This project was scheduled to be completed under seven individual phases, while students and public used the facility.

In conjunction with the architectural firm of Little Associates, Sigma provided design for total renovation of 10-story building infrastructure including new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, and fire protection systems. The project incorporated LEEDS design and solar panels.

In cooperation with Heery International, Sigma Engineered Solutions provided design for total renovation of building infrastructure including new HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, electrical and fire protection design. This project was scheduled to be constructed in two phases. Currently, Phase II is scheduled to be completed in May 2008.

Complete gut and renovation of one of the oldest buildings on the UNC-CH campus. Design work included HVAC, electrical, and telecommunication design, while maintaining the historical integrity of the building.

Renovation of a 32,000 sq ft, 4-story biological science classroom building. This facility included biology labs, classrooms, and auditorium spaces requiring very specific temperature and humidity tolerances.
