Renovation of the HVAC system at this facility. Work includes replacing two 19,000-CFM air handling units, twenty-six exhaust fans, and over fifty VAV/CAV boxes and temperature control system. Phase I budget is $1,300,000.

Clinical and Research Laboratory building. Total renovation of basement, 1st and 3rd floors for new laboratories. Work included design for new HVAC; wet lab plumbing; laboratory gas systems; and new electrical and telecommunications systems.

Systems design for conversion of offices to state of the art wet lab space.
