Renovation and addition to 10,350 sq. ft. building in historic downtown Apex, NC. The 1912 building was brought up to current standards and codes, while maintaining historic architectural look. The new floor plan includes a performing arts auditorium on the second floor. Sigma Engineered Solutions, PC worked closely with the Town of Apex departments of Utilities and Stormwater Management on this project.
